The Best Agent No One Uses - Why enterprise AI adoption fails upstream of your code
TalkYou've just shipped a beautifully architected AI Agent. You've scoped the tools, got clean evals, solid traces... yet adoption flatlines. The issue is rarely in your code; it's in the disconnect in how enterprises govern AI, or the complete lack of it. We typically see three layers of AI governance, all required to be connected and cohesive but rarely are: the agent's runtime authority, the build supply chain (your assistants, models, and agentic tooling), and the accountability surface the user actually sees. In this talk we will look at all three layers, show where they fail to connect, and give concrete actions that can be implemented to make sure what you build is adoptable, not just shipped.
